When will the 2026 Hobonichi collection be available on your site?
The collection will go live on August 31st at 10pm ET. Please note: the One Piece collaboration and October releases will release separately on September 30th at 10pm ET.
Can we purchase Hobonichi items in-store on Sept. 2nd?
Yes, you can. However, planners will not be displayed on the shop floor during the first few days. To maintain accurate inventory while we process the first wave of online orders, Hobonichi items will be kept in the back. Shopping online will be easiest the first few days, but if you’re shopping in-store, please ask a sales associate for assistance. We're happy to help!
I selected local pickup - when can I get my order?
Please wait for the pickup notification email before visiting the shop. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready. Pickup orders should be ready within 1-3 business days depending on order volume.
I selected shipping - when can I get my order?
Hobonichi items are on site and we have scheduled extra staff and hours to try and expedite the shipping process.
Whether selecting local pickup or shipping, we will process orders within 1-3 business days after the Sept. 1st release date and shipping times will vary depending on shipping method and location.
An item has sold out that I wanted. Will there be a restock?
For most items, yes. We’ll place a restock order in late September/October. Limited or special-edition items may not be restocked. To be notified, click the “Notify When Available” button on the product page and enter your email.
Are you shipping to the U.S.?
At this time, we are still pausing shipments to the U.S. due to the current tariff and de minimis updates.
What’s the best way to stay updated on restocks and releases?
Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram — we always post updates there first. If you are interested in a specific Sold Out item, sign up for restock notifications.
Do you accept pre-orders or hold items?
Pre orders for sold out planners books (Cousin, Original, Avec) will be listed. Due to limited availability, there will be no holds. All Items are first come, first served once the collection goes live.
