Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Policy

We will honour returns of items for refund or exchange for up to a maximum of 10 days from the date of purchase/receipt of package except for non-returnable items as noted below. Items must be unused and in unopened condition. They must be received by Paper Plus Cloth in their original condition, and in sealed packaging for refund or exchange to be issued. Customers who would like to return items by shipping must contact us prior to returning any goods. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees to return the package to us in a safe and reliable manner. Refunds will be exclusive of shipping plus return fees of $8 for US and international packages. 

Forced Returns: returns made without prior approval or items refused from the courier will not be eligible for refunds.

Non-returnable items:

  • Pre Orders: These items are brought in specifically at the customer's request and cannot be returned as they are special order.
  • Downloads: Due to the digital nature of downloads, we will not accept returns on downloadable content.
  • Paper: Due to their delicate nature, loose papers such as wrapping cannot be returned
  • Sale/Clearance items

Refunds (if applicable)

If you would like to return an item for return or exchange, kindly send us an email at, and indicate the item(s) to be returned/exchanged as well as the reason for the return. We will then issue you a Return or Exchange number. This number must be indicated on your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status/approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the cost of shipping exchanged items. Kindly ensure returned items are carefully packaged; we cannot accept returns that are damaged in transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance must be purchased, and tracking must be provided to us.
