Refund Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

We will honour returns of items for refund or exchange for up to 10 days from original date of purchase. Unused items must be unused and returned to Paper Plus Cloth in their original condition, and in sealed packaging for refund or exchange to be issued. Please note that all refunds will be issued via PayPal.

Paper - due to their delicate nature, paper wrapping cannot be returned

Refunds (if applicable)
If you would like to return an item for return or exchange, kindly send us an email at: contact@paperpluscloth.com indicating the item(s) to be returned or exchanged and the reason. We will then issue you a Return or Exchange number. This number must be indicated on your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status/approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

IMPORTANT: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the cost of shipping exchanged items. Kindly ensure returned items are carefully packaged; we cannot accept returns that are damaged in transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
