SHIPPING POLICIES

Please read the shipping policies below in it's entirety prior to making a purchase.

COVID-19 UPDATE: (This overrides shipping policies below)

Shipping has been impacted with slight delays due to fewer shipping pick ups. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days and shipping times will be as per the current Canada Post, USPS and Asendia/International ship times. Select Local Pickup for free curb side pickup.

Processing Times: Unless otherwise specified, orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays).  

ORDERS THAT INCLUDE PRE ORDERS: If your order contains a pre-order item(s), your order will not ship until the pre order items are also ready to ship.  Should you wish to receive your non-preorder items right away, kindly place a separate order for your pre order.  Orders will be treated as 2 separate orders and will incur applicable shipping fees/policies..

UNDELIVERABLE /REFUSED /UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, if you refuse the package, or if the package is unclaimed within the 7 day window, the package will be returned to us and we will be billed the cost of return shipping. Once received (upwards of up to 6-12 weeks), we will issue you a refund for the amount of your order after deductions for the initial shipping fees AND the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will notify you of the status of your package and the value of your refund. Help us avoid these situations by double-checking your address before checking out AND remembering to pick up your parcels from the post office. 

IN A HURRY? Expedited shipping is available upon request.  If you need your order in a hurry, send us an email with the items you are interested in ordering, address including postal code and required timeline. CANADIAN ORDERS:

Shipping is based on size and weight. Orders ship via Canada Post or local courier.  Shipping times are between 3-5 business days (not including processing times). Deliveries to rural areas may take longer. Canada Post shipments include  Tracking. Local Courier option may or may not include tracking.

If your order falls over the specified shipping weight classes or standard sizing, we will contact you with the final shipping costs for your approval prior to sending out the package.

Lost packages: Important - You are provided a tracking # to keep track of your package's route.  If your package does not arrive within the average shipping times above PLEASE contact us so we can look into this for you. Lost packages can happen however, if you do not contact us within 3 weeks of when the order should have reasonably reached you (5-7 business days) we will be less likely to be able to investigate. Absolutely no refunds will be made if you do not contact us about a missing package within 8 weeks of when the package was shipped.

US ORDERS:

Shipping is based on size and weight. Orders ship via UPS, USPS First Class or Priority mail.  Shipping times are between 3-5 business days (not including processing times). Deliveries to rural areas may take longer. This service includes a Tracking Number.

If your order falls over the specified shipping weight classes or standard sizing, we will contact you with the final shipping costs for your approval prior to sending out the package.

Lost packages: Important - You are provided a tracking # to keep track of your package's route.  If your package does not arrive within the average shipping times above PLEASE contact us so we can look into this for you. Lost packages can happen however, if you do not contact us within 4 weeks of when the order should have reasonably reached you (5-10 business days) we will be less likely to be able to investigate. Absolutely no refunds will be made if you do not contact us about a missing package within 8 weeks of when the package was shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

**Total shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order. If your order falls over the specified shipping weight classes or standard sizing, we will contact you with the final shipping costs for your approval prior to sending out the package.

Important: You are provided a tracking # to keep track of your package's route.  If your package does not arrive within the average shipping times above PLEASE contact us so we can look into this for you. Lost packages can happen however, if you do not contact us within 2 weeks of when the order should have reasonably reached you (7-20 business days) we will be less likely to be able to investigate. Absolutely no refunds will be made if you do not contact us about a missing package within 10 weeks of when the package was shipped.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • International Packages may incur duties, taxes and/or customs fees etc. and are the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. 
  • Paper Plus Cloth will not be responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages by the local post unless insurance is purchased and the appropriate proof of liability is provided to process the claim.
  • Paper Plus Cloth will also not be responsible for delays due to weather, pandemics, customs or local post issues/strikes.
  • Paper Plus Cloth will not be responsible for packages returned/lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
