Please note that all planner pre-orders are considered special-orders, and all in-stock Dated / Calendars / Planner items are considered non-returnable items, per our Refund Policy, and there are no exchanges or refunds.
We do our best to provide timelines and updates, and rely on the ETAs provided by the companies we work with. However, as we order these items directly from overseas, delays can happen. We ask you to consider this possibility and whether or not you can accept a delay.
If you order in stock items, they will not ship until the pre order items arrive. If there is a delay, unfortunately this will impact the shipment time frame of your in stock items as well. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order for in-stock items.
