The Original is the one that started it all: A6, a page for every day, and a design that has stayed essentially unchanged since the first Hobonichi Techo appeared for 2002. This is the English edition, running the full year from January 1st with Monday-start calendars.
A page a day sounds like a lot until you keep one. Some days take a single line and a time; others take the whole page, a pressed leaf and a receipt. The book makes room for both without ever asking which sort of day it was.
Pocket-sized and light in the hand, it is made to be lived with rather than kept nicely. Pair it with an A6 techo cover of your choosing, sold separately.
