The Bow & Tie series is covered with the same textured, shiny fabric used in neckties. The material has a beautiful gloss and is soft to the touch.
Animals, birds and flowers living in forest are depicted in great detail with this necktie weave. This muted blue serves as a backdrop for the animals and plants living in the forest, making you feel like time is flowing at a relaxing pace. Do you see that Hobonichi Techo left behind on the tree stump? Looks like someone is taking a quick breather in the forest, surrounded by the animals. The hardcover book has some give to it so it still bends, and comes with a pencil board.
The HON only comes as a January-start version.
