2027 Hobonichi Weeks: Liberty Fabrics - Floral Remedy

Hobonichi

Liberty Fabrics has been printing since Arthur Lasenby Liberty opened on Regent Street in 1875. Its archive holds more than 45,000 designs, still drawn by hand in London and printed at the company's own mill in Italy — including the famously fine Tana Lawn cotton.

Floral Remedy takes the healing power of plants as its starting point: a serene herb garden drawn by hand in pencil and watercolour, where botanical accuracy and an artist's eye meet on the same leaf. The year 2027 on the front and spine, and the Hobonichi logo on the back, are stamped in matte silver foil.

The Weeks is the slim one: a week across the left page, a grid page on the right, and a long run of grid pages at the back. The cover design is bound into the book itself, so there is nothing to slip on and nothing else to buy — it arrives ready to be written in, and it bends comfortably into a coat pocket or a small bag.
