POTR is a brand from Yoshida & Co., the Japanese bag maker behind PORTER, working to the motto "one stitch connects people with their lives." These covers use a supple bonded nylon with a soft matte hand, made in Japan and constructed rather like a very small bag.
Stride comes to the A6 Original size in an elegant peacock blue — a deep, slightly green-leaning blue with a refined cast to it. The interior pairs navy with light grey, fitted out with the functional pockets that are particular to the POTR series. It looks less like a techo cover than like a very small, very well-made bag.
A new model built with POTR and made to be carried: a shoulder strap comes with it, and there are large pockets front and back for the things you want to reach without unzipping anything. Slip the A6 book inside and it is ready to leave the house with you.
