Deco Rush is made by Plus, the Japanese stationery house established in 1948. It works like correction tape but leaves a pattern instead: draw the tip across the page and the design transfers instantly, with no ink to bleed, no show-through and almost no added thickness.
A design by Hiroko Kubota: a cat afloat on a donut, using it as a swim ring, drifting along the page one after another as you pull.
Run it along the edge of a daily page, around a photo, or under a line you would like to keep.
