Winter Ink Shipping
From December through March, depending on temperatures, we take extra care to ensure your fountain pen inks travel safely through the colder months. Orders may ship with signature required to prevent parcels from being left outside, and we encourage you to bring your package indoors as soon as it arrives. During this winter period, we’ll siphon a small amount of ink into a separate sample vial to give each bottle room to expand in transit.
These precautions help protect your inks on their journey and may require a little more processing time. If you prefer your bottles to remain completely untouched, we kindly recommend waiting to place your ink orders until warmer temperatures return in the spring.
