Kakimori is a stationery shop in Kuramae, Tokyo, founded in 2010 on the idea that we should write with joy. It’s known for notebooks bound to order in the shop and for Inkstand, where customers blend their own fountain pen ink from base colours.
The Hobonichi Techo prints its twelve months in twelve soft colours, and the TSUKI no IRO series carries those colours out into stationery. Here they meet Kakimori’s Frost pen, whose translucent barrel has the look of frosted glass — made up for 2027 in a techo colour you’ll find nowhere else.
A fountain pen with an extra fine nib, for small writing and narrow lines, and the smooth hand the Frost series is known for.
