Each daily space is ruled with 178 grid squares — room enough to be honest about a day without asking much of you. The book runs from January 1st, 2027, with Monday-start calendars, and is bound like a dictionary so it can be carried and used just as it is, with no cover needed.
It is a slow book, and a forgiving one. A line a day is enough to build something worth reading five years from now, and the years stack up on the page whether or not you filled every one of them.
