The Original is the A6 techo, a page for every day. Avec splits the year in two — January to June in one book, July to December in the other — so you only ever carry half a year at a time. Thin, light, and easy to slip into a bag you are already carrying.
This is the Japanese edition, with Monday-start calendars. Both books share the same slim proportions, so one cover of your choosing carries you through the whole year; covers are sold separately.
If a full year in a single volume has ever felt like too much to carry, or too much to commit to, the Avec is the gentler way in — half a year at a time, and a fresh start come July.
