Summer Sunflowers - A Watercolor Workshop

Join us for a fun and informative Watercolour Workshop. We’ll create a beautiful Sunflower together. You’ll be inspired to stay creative this summer with lots of flower painting tips!  Instructor Nora MacPhail will take you step-by-step through this Beginner Friendly workshop. A lovely colour photo will be provided for you as you paint along, learning about the beauty of watercolour.  There will be demonstrations and individual feedback in this 2.5 hour class.  Also, Nora can recommend which supplies and paper to buy so you can continue creating on your own. So, join in the fun and explore the colourful world of watercolour. 

All materials are provided. Just bring yourself!
Beginners are welcome—no prior experience necessary.

ABOUT Nora MacPhail

Nora MacPhail is an artist based in the awesome city of Toronto. Her unique watercolour style is very recognizable. She draws with a strong gestural line and then applies lots (and lots) of colour.  Nora has been painting for over 30 years and teaching art to adults for over a decade. Her work can be seen in many art shows around Toronto, especially during the holiday season, as well as in group art shows like the Beaches Art Guild.
