For the 15th Anniversary of MD Products, Midori invited 15 artists to create a design that has been embossed (*without color) on the cover. Due to limited and set quantities per design, there will be a limit of one notebook per artist, per customer.
Carefully crafted by the skilled manufacturers in Japan, this MD Notebook gives you that superb pleasant feeling on every single writing experience. Each notebook has 176 pages, thread-stitched binding, includes a bookmark string / with a Index sticker / wrapped in PP bag.

Grace Lee is an Australian-born, Tokyo-based illustrator. After studying visual communications and cutting her teeth in editing and print ad design, she moved to Tokyo in 2009. She has worked on books, packaging and campaigns around the world. She makes imaginative use of colors and shapes to create playful works that add excitement to people's daily lives.

"I rely on colour for my regular work, so this design served as a good creative challenge to strip everything back and go back to basics – just paper and pen. I thought about what I personally use notebooks for and most of the time it's for everything I listed in my design. It was a lovely full circle moment to write in an MD Notebook again as it was one of the first notebooks I used when I moved to Japan".
