For the 15th Anniversary of MD Products, Midori invited 15 artists to create a design that has been embossed (*without color) on the cover. Due to limited and set quantities per design, there will be a limit of one notebook per artist, per customer.
"I wanted to create something that would invite people to interact with the notebook, pick it up and turn it around to noticed there’s a little humour in it with the phrase “You make me smile, when you say cheese” in hope of the audience will actually reach and say cheese. Inside pages is a piece of writing a did which inspired by the title. I often write in my own time but this is the first time I decided to show a piece of writing at an exhibition :)".
